Born March 9, 1929, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Victor P. and Mary May Hawbaker Clark.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Stuart Blickenstaff.
She retired from C&P Telephone Co., where she worked in administration.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Funkstown.
She was a member of the Communication Workers of America, Telephone Company Pioneers, Happy Face Travel Club, American Legion Post 211 Auxiliary and BPO Elks 378 of Hagerstown.
She is survived by one sister, Hilda B. Gash of Berwyn Heights, Md., and 11 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, C.H. Jim Clark and Richard V. Clark.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown. The Rev. Darrell Layman will officiate. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
