Services are Friday at 2 p.m. at Norwood Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery. Norwood Funeral Homes of Guin, Alabama is in charge of services.
Mrs. Archer was born in Marion County to the late Bryant and Missouri Swanigan Belk. She was a member of the Guin First Baptist Church and the ladies Auxiliary Veterans of Foreign Wars.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Lula Jones and Rena Mae Disckerson; and brothers, Nathan and Arthur Lee Belk.
She is survived by her husband, Walter W. Archer of Guin; daughter, Shona Jackson of Guin; sons, Kerry Belk and Ronald Belk, both of Guin; sister, Betty Jean Belk Franklin of Guin; brother, Gene Ray Belk; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
