Word has been received of the death of Wilbur R. Chase, 59, former Ladoga
resident, now residing in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Mr. Chase was seriously burned in an accident on April 11 at the Air Force
Academy in Colorado Springs, where he was employed as a mechanical engineer.
He was born May 6, 1908, the son of Albert and May Randall Chase. Mr. Chase
is survived by his widow, Gladys; two children, David and Debra; one sister,
Mrs. Dick Masiker of Denver, Colo., and one brother, Frank, also of Denver.
Funeral services were held today in Colorado Springs. Burial was there.
