Anna Lynne Rogotzke was born to this earth on December 12, 2006. She was reborn as a child of God through the Word and waters of baptism on December 31, 2006, and she was born again to eternal life in heaven on her fourth birthday, December 12, 2010. Each day of her short life she brought much joy to her parents, Jim and Rebecca, and her big brothers Luke and Isaiah, as well as to her extended family and all who knew her. Anna loved to sing and dance, especially enjoying her Bible songs. She was always eager to praise Jesus with her songs and with her life. Anna gladly told people that Jesus lived in her heart and that she would go to heaven because of what Jesus had done for her. She was happiest playing with her brothers and having her family at home all together. Anna and her family recently made very special memories while vacationing in Florida where she got to play in the ocean and meet the Disney princesses. Anna especially loved Cinderella. Other favorite activities for Anna included swinging, watching Dora, playing games, doing puzzles, reading books, and taking long, hot showers.

She loved the days she was able to attend preschool at the St. John Early Childhood Learning Center in Redwood Falls. Anna was also thrilled to attend Just for Kix dance classes in Springfield. Anna courageously battled cancer, Rhabdomyosarcoma, for almost two years. She faced the challenges of aggressive treatment with strength and determination. Even during difficult times, her smiles and giggles would brighten the days for those around her. Anna is survived by her parents and her brothers of Sanborn, Grandparents - Ronald and Carol Kallies of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Evelyn Rogotzke of Sanborn; Great Grandmother - Olga Wascher of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; uncles, aunts and cousins - Cary and Deb Fredrickson, Joshua, Jacob and Alyssa; John and Merrilee Rogotzke, Erika and Katelyn; Clay and Kristie Raasch, Caleb, Abigail and Andrew; Jim and Julie Neeb, Megan and Emily; Steven and Angie Rogotzke, Jordan and Travis; Bill and Jennifer Cotter, Jacob; Christopher and Heather Kallies, Joshua, Nathaniel and Sara Kallies, Olivia and Avery; Jonathan and Kristina Kallies, Michael and McKenna; Matt and Katie Smith, Caleb; Jeremy Kallies and special friend Laura Stark; Zachary and Brittany Kallies, Amelia. Anna was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Rogotzke. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Anna Rogotzke, please visit Tribute Store
