TALCOTT _ French Lee Blagg, 60, of Talcott died Sept. 7, 1992, in Richmond (Va.) Veterans Administration Medical
Center after a short illness.

He was retired from the Army and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars.

Surviving: wife, Wanda Richmond Blagg; daughter, Marie Blagg, address unknown; stepdaughter, Pricilla Richmond at home; sons, George and Jack, addresses unknown; stepson, Kevin Richmond at home;stepmother, Martha Blagg of Danese; sisters, Juanita Self of Louisville, Ky., Maxine Fox of Meadow Bridge; half sisters, Betty Stump of Rainelle, Kay Hunter of Meadow Bluff, Kendall Lane of Layland, Connie Garten of Danese; brother, Herbert G. of Russellville; half brothers, W.M. of Layland, Carl of Winston-Salem, N.C., Dennis of Big Stone Gap, Va.

Service will be 2 p.m. today at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Bill Lilly officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
