Harold was proud to serve in the Marines during World War II. He spent his life farming and ranching in Western Nebraska. He also enjoyed woodworking and mechanics.
His wife of 57 years, Audra, two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter Charlotte Hallbgewachs and husband Dickie, Austin; son
John Anderson and wife Karen, Columbia, Mo; daughter Elaine Halbegwachs and husband Victor of Cartersville, Ga. 12 grandchildren and 19 g/grandchildren and a host of friends.
The family would like special recognition to go to Jim Merryfield.
Visitation and Funeral service was held at Harrell Funeral home and burial followed at Live Oak cemetery.
