Born at Kinmundy, Ill., he was married to Sophia Bressner Sept. 25, 1912. He was retired, and was a member of the Presbyterian church, Masonic lodge, Shrine and Scottish Rite.
Surviving besides the widow is a sister, Mrs. Lulu Yoder of Kinmundy.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 2:00 p.m. from the Howard Funeral Chapel, Rev. Leon De Forest officiating. Burial in Remington cemetery.
