She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed playing the piano and organ and researching genealogy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton J. Bailey, in 1990; two sisters, Ruth Pierce and Bette Halvik; and a brother, Robert Leroy Burnham.
Survivors include a son, Richard D. Bailey and his wife, Carol, of North East; a daughter, Linda R. Johnson and her husband, Malcolm, of Roy; two sisters, Marjorie Margosian and Marion Webber, both of Erie; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Lowville Cemetery.
