Timmie Wayne Jacobs, born September 23, 1967 in Columbus, GA, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at his Mother's home in Southport after living most of his life in Bay County. Timmie was a loving son, father, brother, and grandfather, and had worked as a welder. He loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors, and was an excellent cook.

Survivors include his daughter, Lacie Nicole Jacobs of Panama City; his father and stepmother, John and Linda Jacobs of Youngstown; his mother and father, Juell and Ben Allison of Southport; brother, Ricky John Jacobs and wife Wendy of Fountain; stepbrothers, Bret Allison and wife Trish of Pensacola, Scott Allison and fiancé Cheryl of Orange Beach, AL, Charles Cabana and wife Kelly of Panama City and Jimmy Sirmans and wife Tina of Panama City; his grandson, Tripp Westerly of Panama City; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 5, 2010, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Teas, Rev. Dale Worley and Rev. Dan Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, December 4, 2010, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Jimmy Sirmans, Brent Allison, Scott Allison, Terry Robert, Gene Worley and John Corbin.
