Teresa Wiggins, 71, of Horton, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas. She was born on October 16, 1939 in Horton, Kansas the daughter of Jose & Sarah Hernandez Quinto. Teresa was a homemaker and a member of the St. Leo's Catholic Church, Altar Society and the Horton Hospital Auxiliary. On April 4, 1970 she married Bryon Wiggins at the St. Leo's Catholic Church in Horton, Kansas. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1998. Survivors include two sisters, Tomasa Acosta of Kansas City, Kansas and Camilla "Millie" Howley of Topeka, Kansas and numerous nieces and nephews. A Prayer service will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Friday at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas with visitation to follow. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the St. Leo's Catholic Church in Horton with burial at the St. Leo's Catholic Cemetery.
