Passed away January 9, 2003 in Mt. Pleasant. Age 83 years. She was born October 15, 1919 in Alma to Harry and Amy (Harper) Terwilliger.
She married Orville Cox on April 4, 1936 who preceded her in death on September 1, 1997.
Geneva was a LPN working for several years at St. Luke's and St. Mary's Hospitals in Saginaw and then in Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan Hospital.
Orville and Geneva retired to Weidman in 1976. She was a member of the Barryton Church of God for over 20 years.
Geneva is survived by her daughters, Janet (Robert Weaver) Davis of Gladwin; Sharon Schmidt of Saginaw; Sandra and Rev. Charles Bonow of Lewiston, Minn. one brother-in-law Leland Anthony of Naples, Fla.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
Besides her husband, Orville, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Donald Davis Jr., one brother, Lester Terwilliger, and a sister, Juno Anthony.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Monday, January 13, 2003 at Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton. The family will greet friends at the funeral home from 11:00AM until the time of service. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery in Weidman.
