MRS. ANNE CURTIS BRANDYMORE IS DEAD

Mrs. Anne Curtis Brandymore, a patient in the state hospital at Alton for the past year, passed away at 5:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. She had been in a serious condition for only a few hours.
Funeral services were held at the Schilling chapel at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon Rev. Dick officiating. Burial was in Dodge Grove cemetery.
Surviving Mrs. Brandymore are two sons, Perry Brandymore of Arlington, Ga., and John Brandymore of Mattoon; one daughter, Mrs. Mabel Calimese of Tuscola, and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Brandymore was born May 31, 1855, in Litchfield, Ill., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rice Curtis. She spent her early life in that city, coming to Mattoon in 1870, when she was married to John A. Brandymore. Mr. Brandymore passed away in 1913.
In 1910, Mrs. Brandymore entered the hospital at Kankakee for treatment and remained a patient there until a year ago, when she went to the Alton institution.
