The funeral services for Mrs. William Woolever, formerly of this city, who died in the Baptist Memorial hospital at Memphis, Tenn., of typhoid fever Sunday afternoon, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Clements Chapel here with Noel T. Adams, minister of the First Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be made in Oakland cemetery.
Mrs. Woolever was 35 years old. She was a native of Lee county and was born near Montrose July 6, 1895, and married William Woolever in this city, where they made their home before moving to Clarendon, Ark.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Peckham, this city; her husband, William Woolever, who is ill with typhoid in the same hospital where she died at Memphis; a son, William, and a daughter, Mildred, who is recovering from an attack of the same disease. There also survive two brothers, Lawrence Peckham, chief of police of Fort Madison, and Leonard Peckham, St. Louis, Mo.
One daughter, Ruth, died in infancy, and on September 21 of this year another daughter, Edith, died of typhoid, and a son Victor, died of the same disease on October 4.
