-Mrs. Hanna Elizabeth Holman received the summons "Well done thou good and faithful servant enter into the joys of thy Lord" and passed quietly and peacefully away without a struggle to her eternal home Sunday at 3:30 p.m., Oct. 3, being in an unconcious state of mind for for a few hours.
Hanna Elizabeth Sampson was born in Steel county, Minn., May 2 185?, and was united in marriage to Ole Andrew Holman. To this marriage were born eight children; Clara Pratt, Lena Hennenway, Louis Holman, Martin Holman, Martha Moss, Casper Holman, Carl Holman, and Josephine who died in infancy.
There was never a more complete example of Christian fortitude and real courage than that displayed by this true mother and beloved wife.
She passed away at 71 years, 5 months and 1 day. Besides her husband and children she leaves a host of friends to mourn her loss. Furneral services were held Wednesday at 1:30 at the home and 2:00 p.m. at the Norwegian church, Rev. Dahle officiating. The remains were laid to rest beside her little daughter in Lakewood cemetery.
