An inquest in the death of Norwood Pauley, 21, Chesterfield Avenue, who was killed Sunday morning at Kanawha City when he was struck by an interurban car, is to be started at one o'clock the afternoon in the municipal court room. Dr. W. F. Work, Kanawha County coroner, announced yesterday.
Capt. Dan Smith, city police, and Jackson Savage, investigator for the county prosecutor's office yesterday questioned two men in connection with an alleged scuffle at Kanawha City prior to the accident that caused Pauley's death. City police said they were informed that the men and Pauley had engaged in an ateration.
Funeral services for Pauley are to by held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Kanawha City Methodist church. Burial will be in the Graceland Memorial Park.
