Willie Ray (Dick) Underwood, 78, of 902 Main died at 8 am Saturday, July 30, 1983, In Baptist Memorials Hospital. Services will be at 2 pm Monday in the Johnson's Chapel. Tom White, minister of the Northside Church of Christ officiating. Interment will be in the Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Home.
Mr. Underwood was born on Oct. 26, 1904 in Wall, TX. He was associated with Ira Greene before he went in business for himself In 1942 in Garden City, Kansas.
He is survived by two sons Ray Lewis Underwood of Topango Canyon, CA., and Timothy Lee Underwood of Okland, CA., one daughter; Mrs. Roberta Kloepping of Grand Prairie, TX., six sisters, one brother and three grandchildren.
