Very sad news. Cole, a friendly Black Labrador and companion dog of Louis James, was put to sleep on Veterans Day, 2010. He had developed a problem with his right hip and was having difficulty walking. The problem seemed to increase in intensity in just a short period of time. Several visits to the vet were made to try and alleviate his condition but it did not help.
He is the third dog that this owner - my friend`s girlfriend - has had to put to sleep since the beginning of summer, so it is a very difficult and painful situation. He is buried next to his buddy Louis James and the other dog, whose info I do not have at this time.
