Mrs. Rosa M. Adamson, 72, of 1244 E. Leafland Ave., died at 8:10 p.m. yesterday in St. Mary's Hospital, where she had been a patient since Sunday. A resident of Decatur most of her life, Mrs. Adamson was born in Litchfield on Nov. 23, 1880, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Adamson.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Baker, Decatur; a son, Walter Ethridge, Rock Island; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Bain, Decatur, Mrs. Lillian Krider, Bushnell and Mrs. Elizabeth Madden, Troy; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the J. J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home with burial in Fairlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Morans after 7 p.m. today.
