"Burt" was the son of Leonard and Alida (Shoemaker) Isenhour. He married Atha Purdy, and they lived on and operated a farm on Algerine St. in the Town of Hopewell in a rare and architecturally pleasing cobblestone farmhouse. They had two daughters - Doris born 1914 and Alberta born 1916.
