(Age 84)
Peacefully went to be with the Lord on December 16, 2008 surrounded by her loving family. Rita Louise Moser was born to Reverend Maury and Valera Moser on June 23, 1924 in Spokane, WA. She graduated from John Rogers High School and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Whitworth College. Rita met Edward E. Feldhusen, a soldier serving at Fort George Wright, at Natatorium Park at a Big Band Dance. It was love at first sight. Ed and Rita were married in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 1, 1943. They were stationed in Utah, Texas, and Tennessee before Ed went to the South Pacific under General MacArthur's command. Rita returned to her parents' home to anxiously await his return. Thankfully, Ed returned. God blessed them with five wonderful children:Edward (Debbie) of Hauser, ID, David (Brenda), Sheryl (Tim) Kruger, Greg (Markay), and Craig(Tracy) all of Spokane. The perfect grandchildren came starting with Brian, Tim, Sherita, Danny, Gayle, Shaun, Katie, Anna, Kelli, Krysta, Hillary, Gregory, Holli, Grace, Stephanie, Jenna, Sebastion, Denver, Dallas, Darcy, and Cody. From the perfect, came the marvelous great-grandchildren: Sadie, Kaylynn, Savanna, Austin, Mazlyn, Kylee, Sebastion, Chrissa, Mackenzie, Keaton, Kira, Tilda, and Pearl and one soon to announce himself. Rita is also survived by her loving brother, Dwight C. Moser of Belmont, CA and niece Keri (Moser) Keller of San Ramone, CA. She also leaves behind many dear family friends, especially Emma Randolph and Donna Kyle. Rita will be welcomed in heaven by Ed, her loving husband of 53 years; her sister Mary Ann Munro; brother Maury Eugene Moser; granddaughter Kelli; her parents and numerous aunts and uncles. We will all miss her guidance, prayers, and loving arms surrounding us. Visitation will take place at RIPLINGER FUENRAL HOME, 4305 N.
