Lillian S. Allie, 86, of Wolcott, died Thursday in the home of her daughter.
Born in Idaville on July 4, 1894, she was a daughter of Samuel and Effie (Saferd) Hawk. On Dec. 7, 1910, she was married to Bascom Allie. He died in 1948.
A lifetime resident of the Wolcott area, she was a member of the Wolcott Baptist Church, Rebekah Lodge, and the women's organization of the Wolcott Baptist Church.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Irene Oberland of Wolcott, Mrs. Gordon (Ethel) Luccas and Mrs. Helen Critser, both of Rensselaer, Mrs. Frances Logan and Mrs. Rosemary Young, both of Brookston, and Mrs. Edith Dellinger of Monticello, two sons, Raymond and Robert Allie of Wolcott, 24 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren, one sister, Helen Rogers of Royal Center, and one brother Robert Hawk of Chalmers. She as preceded in death by one daughter.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Wolcott Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Oakley Maten officiating. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to services in the church. Interment will follow in Remington Cemetery.
