MRS. ALLEN BURIED.
Funeral Held at Prospect Valley Church-Internment Made in Willseyville Cemetery-Personals.
Prospect Valley, May 17.
The funeral for Mrs. J. M. Allen was held at the church in this place on Friday last. She was 62 years old and had lived in this place for a number of years. Mrs. Allen was a faithful church member, always ready to do her part in the church and she was a very kind neighbor and will be missed by all who knew her. Burial was made at Willseyville. Besides her husband she leaves two sons, Milton Allen of Berkshire and Luke Allen of this place, and one daughter, Mrs. Porter Schrauger, of Willseyville.

Funeral of Mrs. Katherine Hart Allen Held at Prospect Valley Church-Personal Mention.
Gridleyville, May 20.
Mrs. Katherine Hart Allen died Wednesday, May 10. She had been in feeble health for some time but was able to be around until about one week ago. She had a shock from which she never recovered. She lived in this place a great many years. She leaves besides her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Porter Schranger, and two sons, Milton Allen of Richford and one son who took care of his mother in her last sickness. She had been an honored member of the M. E. church for many years. Her funeral was held at the Prospect Valley church, the Rev. Mr. Clark officiating. Interment was made in Smith cemetery at Willseyville.

Catherine "Kate" L. Hart, who died April 9, 1905 age 62 yrs., 10 mo's 18 dys, born Broome Co., NY, daughter of Reuben Hart & Jane M. McMullen. Kate had a sister, Francis L. Hart, born abt. 1838, there is a Francis L. Hart 1838-1904 listed on the Allen monument - See Hart, Francis L.
