MILFORD M. MEYER
Milford M. Meyer, age 64, of 30 Tuskegee Dr. New Miami Ohio, passed away at Mercy Hospital of Hamilton Ohio, Monday at 3:01 p.m. He was born in Troy Ohio the son of Charles Lewis and Ruth{Rice}Meyer. He was a veteran of the U.S. ARMY AIR FORCE in WORLD WAR II from 1943 to 1945. He was employed as a truck driver for the Kroger Co., for 28 years, retiring in 1980. In 1949 in Troy Ohio he was married to Mary Bradley.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, New Miami Ohio, on son and daughter-in-law{Nora}Meyer,Hamilton Ohio two daughters, Mrs. Donald{Connie Lee}Burke Fairfield Ohio and Mrs. James{Patty Jo}Gschwender of New Miami, Ohio, one brother Lewis Meyer of Piqua Ohio, four sisters Amelia Fogel Mass., Anita Sharits, Irene Cremeans, and Marie Griffith, all of Troy Ohio, and four grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Donald.
Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home Friday at 10 a.m.with burial in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home Thursday fro 5 to 8p.m.

Jack a PFC. in WW2, where he served in the Army Air Force.

Ardennes
Rhineland
Central Europe

Received the following medals:
American Theater Ribbon
European - African - Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon
