She was born May 5th, 1919 in Archer County. Mrs. Simmons had lived in Iowa Park for 40 years before moving to Wichita Falls three years ago. She was a dietician at Woods Convalescent Center in Wichita Falls and a member of Iowa Park First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth and Wayne Holloway, both of Fort Worth; three daughters, Mrs. Edna Erickson of Crosby Minn., Mrs. Carol Spradlin of Fort Worth and Mrs. Joyce Dickerson of Iowa Park, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers are R.B. Wilkerson, Cletus Moore, Speedy Dickerson, Carl Carrigan, Hill Dickerson and Dewey Walters.
