Funeral for Lonnie Paul Cain, 50, of Carmel, Ind., will be Friday at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Kenneth Dunivant officiating.
Burial will be in Somerville City Cemetery with Roselawn Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Cain died Tuesday, March 14, 2000, in Indiana. He was born Dec. 22, 1949, in Decatur to Adlia and Elizabeth Adcock Cain. He was a member of Carmel United Methodist Church. He received a master's degree from Auburn University in 1973 and worked for Dow Agro-Sciences since 1973.
He is survived by his wife, Jan Cain; one son, David Clark Cain of Carmel; one daughter, Emily Katherine Cain of Carmel; one brother, Eddie Cain of Birmingham; and one sister, Becky Garrison of Decatur.
