She was born March 11, 1884, in Williams County, the daughter of John G. and Lydia (Harman) Zuber, and was the widow of George Burkhart, who died Nov. 17, 1940. She was a member of the Memorial United Bretheren Church and the W.C.T.U.
She is survived by one daughter, Miss Flossie Burkhart, and one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Bessie Burkhart, both of Bryan.
Friends may call at the Greenisen Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Friday and funeral services will be held there at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. F.F. DeGroff, pastor of the Memorial United Bretheren Church, officiating. Internment will be in Brown Cemetery.
