Her heirs were George Boddie; Josiah Crudup and wife, Mary Crudup; Malcolm McNeal and wife, Catherine McNeal; John W. Boddie; Elijah Boddie; B. F. Moore and wife, Lucy W. Moore; John G. Yancey and wife, Temperance Yancey; Willie P. Boddie; William B. Boddie; Nicholas W. Boddie; children of a son Van R. Boddie, decd., namely: Lucy Boddie, Eliza Boddie, Samuel Boddie, and Van Boddie, all infants with Henry Perry as guardian. Aug. Term 1849
