Robert Clarence Wisenbaker was born Dec. 20, 1877 in Lowndes County Georgia. He was the son of John Robert Wisenbaker and Anna Valeria Hightower Wisenbaker. Clarence married Katherine "Kate" Eliza Peterson on November 25, 1900. They had five children: Katie Vera, Robert Leon, Anna Mae, Louis Byrd and Mary Agnes.
Clarence died Aug. 30, 1940. He was buried at Dasher Cemetery, Lowndes County Georgia.
