OBITUARY:
After a long and painful illness, Mrs. William Cummins died at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Crutchfield, early Tuesday morning. She had been in ill health for over a year, and her death had been looked for at any time for several weeks. She was a patient sufferer, rarely complaining, and always expressed herself as being ready for the Master's call. The deceased was twenty-six years of age and leaves a husband and six small children to mourn her untimely death. She was a loving wife and devoted mother and the family has the sincere sympathy of the community in their deep affliction. The remains were taken to Catoosa on the evening train Tuesday, and the funeral took place from the residence of her husband there on Wednesday.
