Albert Eddie "Red" Daniels, 70, of Brunswick, GA died Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Monday, October 11, 2010 at the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Jones officiating. Interment will follow the service in Chapel Park Cemetery with military honors. Serving pallbearers are Byron Odum, Jeff Daniels, Benjamin Moore, Tony Brantley, Van Braue, and Richard Crews

Visitation will be Sunday, October 10, 2010 from 6 pm till 8 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.

Mr. Daniels was born May 3, 1940 in Camden County to the late Eddie Daniels and the late Mary Evelyn Keene Daniels, and had been a residence of Glynn County for fifty years. Mr. Daniels was a graduate of Camden County High School. He was a Millwright by trade at GA Pacific, formerly Brunswick Pulp and Paper, for forty-three years. A veteran of Air National Guard 224th JCSS for 21 years and was also a member of the American Legion.

Along with his parents, Mr. Daniels is preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene Daniels and J.W. Daniels.

Mr. Daniels is survived by his wife, Loretta Crews Daniels; a daughter, Terry Moore (husband Buddy) of Brunswick; two sons, Richard Daniels (wife Mary Ann) of Brunswick and Ron Daniels of Jacksonville, FL; two granddaughters, Rachel Moore of Brunswick and Kayla Daniels of Jacksonville, FL; a brother, Charles J. Daniels of Waverly, GA; a sister, Mary J. Daniels of Brunswick; and several nieces and nephews.
