Hazel Juliet Lewis, age 80, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Mrs. Lewis was a native of Crenshaw County, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL. She is survived by her husband: Melvin Walker Lewis; two sons: Harry Lewis (Cindy) of Saraland, AL & Melvin Warren Lewis (Jean) of Somerville, TN; one sister: Mildred Risor (Howard) of Eight Mile, AL; one grandson: Jason Lewis of Saraland, AL; & one granddaughter: Brittany Lewis of Saraland, AL. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Clinton Hobbs officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
