Claude Allison, 76, Ex-Chester Resident
Leesburg, Fla. -- Claude Allison, 76, of Fruitland Park, Fla., formerly of Chester, died Monday, July 24, 1989, at home of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Allison was a boiler engineer 20 years at the former Taylor, Smith and Taylor Co. before moving to Florida. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Quinones of Stockton, Calif., and Trudy Orrick of Fruitland Park; two sons, Blaine C. Allison of Newell and Jerry S. Allison of Cockeysville, Md; a sister, Mary Virginia Allison of Lady Lakes, Fla.; three brothers, Cecil D. Allison of Barberton, Wilbur L. Allison of Andover and William C. Allison of Hookstown; 28 grandchildren and 15 great - grandchildren. Services are planned Friday at the Page Theus Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Florida.
