WELL-KNOWN WOMAN OF NEW FLORENCE DEAD
NEW FLORENCE, Dec. 1.--Mrs. Margaret May Ashcom, wife of B. Frank Ashcom, died of complication of ailments Tuesday morning at the Ashcom home. She is survived by her husband, well-known Pennsylvania railroad engineer, and the following children: J. Donald Ashcom, this place; Eugene W. Ashcom, 726 Clark street, Dale, Johnstown; J. Raymond Ashcom, Pittsburgh; Grace Ashcom, at home, and Florence Ashcom, secretary to Harry Correll, Johnstown; also an aunt, Flora M. Van Horn, at home. The Ashcom family formerly lived in Conemaugh.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the residence, in charge of the Rev. G.A. Allison, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church. Interment will be in New Florence cemetery.
