The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today, Oct. 7, at Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield for Kenneth F. Wagnon of Eugene, who died Oct. 3 of age-related causes. He was 79. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born Jan. 23, 1931, in Arkansas to H.C. and Marie Franklin Wagnon. He married Lillian Michow on April 19, 1949, in Springfield.
He worked as a trucking contractor.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David of Creswell; a daughter, Linda Judd of Bend; a brother, Jim of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
