Francis A. Gleason of West Cheshire, Conn., formerly for many years a leading resident of Woodford, was in town last week and removed the remains of his first wife, who was Miss Alice Hagar, to the family lot in the cemetery at Wilmington. The date of Mrs. Gleason's death was May 8, 1880. She was born in Woodford and lived here all her life.
