Graveside funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2009 in Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Roger Morris officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, March 12, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Adkins was born October 1, 1974 in Columbus, GA daughter of Catherine (Cathy) Whitehead of North Carolina, and Thomas Clark of Arkansas. Step father, Mike Anthony of Box Springs, GA.
Survivors include her loving husband, Blaine Adkins of Stockbridge, GA; three daughters, Catherine, Holly, and Brook all of Stockbridge, GA; a brother, John Anthony and his wife, Kim of Morganton, NC; maternal grandmother, Betty Whitehead of Columbus, GA; two uncles, James Whitehead and his wife, Judy and Jerry Whitehead and his wife, Sherry; four aunts, Shirley, Aretha, Angie, and Pat; father and mother in law, Donald and Mary Ann Adkins of Buena Vista, GA; two brother in laws, George Adkins, and Donnie Adkins; a host of nieces and nephews.
