He was born December 20, 1979 Mena, Arkansas to the late Billy Dale Billings and Shirley Pointer Billings. He was an oil field worker by profession and was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Billings.
Memorial services will be held graveside, Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Foote Cemetery at Cove with Brother Jimmy Mabry officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
