SPECIAL THANKS TO SHERRI FOR SPONSORING THIS MEMORIAL.

Fred was a sweet little kitty who became famous when he began a life worker with the New York Police Department to try to investigate a fake veterinarian who didn't have a license or training.
After being born in spring of 2005, he was rescued by a Animal Care and Control Officer where he was found in the streets suffering from severe pneumonia, and nearly freezing to death. Also, he had a collapsed lung. From then on, Fred was adopted by assistant district attorney, Carol Moran.
Fred died when he escaped from his owners house, where he was struck by a car. He was 15 months old.
