Eugene Weller, 75, of Roseville, Route 2, died at 5 a.m. Tuesday (Oct. 25) at Clarksburg, W. Va. Veterans Hospital where he had been a patient three years.
Mr. Weller was born in 1890. His parents died and he was raised by foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Weller.
He was a retired farmer and was a veteran of World War I.
There are no known survivors.
The body was taken to Fred L. Cannon and Sons Funeral Home in Crooksville where friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Black Oak Lutheran Church near Deavertown with Rev. Orville Gibbs officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
