Julian Thomas Derry Julian Thomas Derry, 68, Rt. 4, Huntsville, died May 11, 1984 at the Carroll General Hospital in Berryville. He was born Sept. 24, 1915 at El Reno, Okla., the son of Charles and Mary Etta Marsh Derry. He was a carpenter and a veteran in World War II, serving in the United States Army, as a Technician 4.
There are no immediate survivors.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 14, at the Marble United Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold DuVall officiating. Burial was in Lower Campground Cemetery under direction of the Brashears Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Roy Griggs, Dennis Griggs, Willard Griggs, Leroy Hudspeth, Merl Holt and Paul Yarbrough.
