Minnie P. "Mimi" (Pumpelly) Edgington, 97, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of York, died at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati. She was the wife of the late Maurice Edgington.
A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hillside Chapel, 525 Dixmyth Ave., Cincinnati. The Chas. A. Miller Sons Funeral Home, 4138 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Edgington was born Sept. 5, 1902, in Augusta, Ky. She was the daughter of the late Dexter and Minnie (Drake) Pumpelly.
Mrs. Edgington is survived by two sons, Maurice J. Edgington Jr. and Harry B. Edgington, both of Michigan; a daughter, Patricia E. Vogel of Cincinnati; eight grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary P. Yelton of Lakeland, Fla.
