Louise Selma Graham, 81, of 1307 Beach St. died at 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, 1997, at Proctor Hospital. Born March 27, 1916, in Peoria to Harry and Selma Elling Howard, she married Fred W. Graham in 1937 in Chillicothe. He died Dec. 31, 1981. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and one daughter, Janice Graham. Surviving are two sons, Lawrence F. of Peoria and Daniel H. of Seattle; one daughter, Mary E. Neal of Oviedo, Fla.; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Elsa Calder of Charlotte, N.C. She was a member of the Woman's Benefit Association in Chillicothe.
