Elmer Sampson, 92, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away March 14, 2006 at Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial Division.
Born in Calhoun County, he was a son of the late William and Gracie Jackson Sampson.
Surviving are a brother, Robert Sampson of Arnoldsburg and 2 sisters, Loraine Stanley of Streetsboro, Ohio and Stella Tanner of Massillon, Ohio.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at the Orma United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Roger Carter will officiate. Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
