Kitty M. Martin, 104, of Lincoln, formerly North Platte, died Aug. 16, 2006. She was born in Denton Jan. 16, 1902, to Charles and Keziah Barton Wilson. Kitty was a retired bookkeeper and teacher. She also was a member of Altrusa, and the First Presbyterian Church in North Platte. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Jaralyn Martin of North Platte; five grandchildren, Kevin and Terry Martin of North Platte, Travis and Jennifer Martin of Lincoln, and Lora Mar-tin, of Rhode Island; seven great-grandchildren, Patrick, Samuel, Emily, Meighan, Mikalah, Miranda, and Mekinzie; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence; a son, Terry Martin; a brother, George Wilson; and three sisters, Elizabeth Rapp, Jessie Rapp and Frances Johnson. Services will be Sept. 1, 2006, at the First Presbyterian Church, North Platte. Private family inurnment will be at the North Platte Cemetery.
