He was born on March 13, 1949 in Springfield, the son of Lewis and Helen Ballentine Yeaman. He married Linda McCauley on January 30, 1971. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Robert Leslie Yeaman.
Wayne is survived by his wife Linda, his daughter Marissa Sue Yeaman of Riverton, two grandchildren; Wyatt McCauley Turner and Morgan Wayne Turner, one sister Sherry Lynn Yeaman and several cousins.
Wayne was an Assistant Manager of Walman Optical. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and he enjoyed his grandchildren immensely. He was a resident of Riverton most of his life.
A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Staab Funeral Home, with Pastor William Swaar, CLP, officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Hospice.
