Anne Mabel Daniels died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 1990 at Michael Manor in Douglas following a long illness. She was the daughter of Ocellus Pinkston and Flavia (Cooke) Whipp. She was reared and educated in Ono, receiving her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. For a time she taught in Douglas where she met her future husband, Leslie B. Daniels, one of her students in high school. She was married in Douglas and then moved to Fort Collins, Colo., where she continued her teaching. She lived in Fort Collins for many years. She is survived by two daughters, Rosemary G. Smith of Kinnear, Wyo., and Donna L. Lowe of Mill Valley, Calif.; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents; her husband, Leslie on May 3, 1984; and two sisters. (Information was obtained from her obituary and cemetery records.)
