Mrs. Margaret Robinson Carter, of Port Arthur, died Saturday, August 14, 2010. She was a member of First Sixth Street Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Carter. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Ivory Jones Lotson; one granddaughter, Lovie Provost; one grandson, Farris Paddio; sister, Ivory Morrow; two brothers, Rev. Heard Robinson of Houston, Texas, Jefferson Robinson (Rose) of Port Arthur; God-child, Ursella Waller of Houston; a very dear and close friend, Dorothy Washington.
Viewing will be Saturday, August 21 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Services begin at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Interment will follow at Botley Cemetery in Kinder, LA under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
