Dean Thomas Cummings 50, of Lansing, formerly of Charlotte, died August 30, 2007. Mr.Cummings was born February 23, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio, the son of late Thomas Cummings and Barbara Cummings of Whitesboro, TX. Dean loved to be outside, whether cutting wood, camping, with his farming buddies. He followed the Nascar Races, the Tigers and MSU teams, loved to play Euchre and Poker. He was a hard worker, plowing snow in winter, mowing the grass in the summer and kept a house so clean you could eat off his floor. He took great pride in being a recovered Alcoholic with the AA program and helped chair meetings. Dean was very proud of his sons and grandson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas, and stillborn daughter, Lindsey Rae.
