Cindy Ann Deuel of Brooklyn, N.Y., was killed in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
In 1985, the family moved to Bath, Pennsylvania, where Cindy attended Northampton Senior High School and lived for many years in both Bath and Allentown.
Cindy first came to New York City in June of 1994, after moving from Tampa, Florida. Her pursuit of higher education saw her attending Tampa University, and once in New York, NYU and Columbia University. Cindy enjoyed genealogy and family history.
She is survived by her husband Tomas Pons, her mother Patricia "Pat" Kocian of Albrightsville, P.A., her father Joseph Peter Deuel of Saylorsburg, P.A., and her two brothers Joseph and Richard.
