Paul B. Long, 84, died on Monday (Sept. 6, 2010) at home.
He was born on Nov. 21, 1925 in Blount County, Tennessee to Robert and Ethel Grindstaff Long. He married Bess Collins on July 27, 1947 in Urbana. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one son (Thomas), six brothers and four sisters.
He is survived by a niece, Paula Clementz; a nephew, Horace Long numerous other nieces and nephews.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
